If I were the boss...
I would not hire or keep staff whom I think are not working. I will give my staff due respect and appreciation and pay them what they deserve. I will give them a proper pantry, complete with newspapers, radio and even a coffee machine too if I can. I will let them take breaks and chit chat with each other. After all, that's what make healthy employees and cohesive working relationships.Is that why I'm still an employee?
